Hello Carlos, I am a SEO specialist and what I would suggest is use a fast, easy and free source that already gets traffic, like article directories.
Write a short article 250 to 300 words on real estate and submit it to ezinearticles.com with a link to your site, google will pick up that article fast and the link to your website will automatically be spidered by google and listed.
The other search engines will follow, but to make sure yahoo and bing follow suite you can go to http://www.search.****/info/submit.html. I checked this link, it will not process over, so copy and past this in your search directory not google search.
This is a fast and easy way to start. I hope this helps...

Getting my website up soon, but I am going to write my article now, so it will be ready. First I have to get LLC so I don't have to change my address and start over with the search engines. Really appreciate the information, I would have never thot of that! Janet
Who knows where to get free advertising to target your website, ie search engines, advertising is so expensive and lots of us are just starting out! Help please!
You could always use Craigslist, Backpage, or even Facebook for free advertising.
