OfflineIf you guys invest in a state your not in how do you make sur eyour not buying a swamp water. Do you use your pm as your real estate agent? Do you hire an inspector. I see many cheap deals in OH and Detriot . I would love to do something like that maybe in the NC or Fl area.

i can handle the tampa, pasco, pinellas areas right now. i may eventually be able to branch out as far as orlando, daytona, hopefully tallahassee and miami soon too
