Sorry for the confusion!! This was a tax deed sale.the redemption period ended at auction purchase.
I am still learning and progressing.the county is in the process of recording all these sales.I have already begun to advertise because I WILL HAVE THIS SOLD.....BEFORE I legally own it.....by that I mean HIGHLY POTENTIALLY SOLD NOT LEGALLY SOLD!!! that way I am ahead of the GAME.
actually I just got pd in full on another property I got at the auction....awaiting recording so I can RERECORD IT IN BUYERS NAME and complete all legal paperwork.!!!look for a new post on that deal! !!!!!JUST HAPPENED HALF HR AGO! ¡!!¡!!!!!!

The full market value is what the county listed in the auction marketing.we all know that this really means very little in this market....that's why we have comps done and a repair list done.as stated in post # 4...I DID NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE....WHICH means I did not walk through......i drive by this house every day though so I KNEW it was def worth what I pd.
I have not done a repair list yet.

I have not had ANYONE contact me to LOCK UP this property.yesterday i waalked through this property and the neighbors ccame up to me to ask if i would want to sell.....i actually had the for sale by owner sign in my truck.this property needs ext repairs .....the neighbor may want this and i told him he can have first chance since no one has it locked up from me .
no worries....there will be more to come.....hint...SEIZE an OPPORTUNITY when it is available.....it costs NOTHING to lock up a property and put in EXIT STRATEGIES .
