Can't believe I picked this wholesale Deal Up so Cheap!! Do YOU want it??

Is there anyone out there that would be interested in a wholesale property in Jacksonville,Fl.Only Asking 22K. Will make a great rental.Nice area. Property Ideal for a Handy man landlord.Owes property taxes and needs a rehab. PM me for my email and details. Thanks

Make sure to get this to local buyers as well

It is great to post this on deans site, but if it is a fantastic deal make sure you have your buyers list set up. You should have any problem selling a great deal to local investors. That is the key to wholesaling is your buyers list. If you haven't sold it yet then either you don't understand what your buyers want or you don't have a good buyers list.

But either way, great job it getting it under contract. I would love to hear your success in selling it. I'm sure everyone on DG.com would love to hear your deal.
