Be nice to every one. You never know, the next time your phone rings it could be a cash buyer. What if you were rude to some one on the phone call before and your rudeness rubs off on this legitimate cash buyer. If he doesn't like your attitude there goes a couple $100,000 for you.
Just had my first face to face meeting with a new (to me) broker/investor yesterday. The possibilities are quite impressive. He will be making a bid on a house I found through bandit signs, possibly another as well, may have a seller for a multi million dollar deal for houses in Los Angeles that I have a buyer for, and I mentioned in our conversation about someone who had brought all types of investment opportunities to us that were not REI related including Cell Towers overseas. To my utter surprise he said he played golf with someone who is looking for cell tower investment opportunities. Keep networking, keep working. It will come together if you keep working toward your goals.
