I’m glad that you tried it. Postlets is a great resource to market your property to multiple people in one easy step. A couple of things to remember when using Postlets. Make sure you have good pictures of the property you are marketing to your buyers. Thepictures need to clear, and not blurry. They should also represent as much of the room as possible. Be careful not to over do the number of pictures though. Show what needs to be shown, and no more. The other thing is to make sure that you provide enough information to encourage them to contact you and go look at the property.
This is a great mass marketing product, and provides a very professional product. And you can’t beat the price.

I haven't however figured out how to post multiple properties as a pkg deal? Anyone know if it's possible? Thanks, Tammy

I have for years put together a word document info sheet about my properties that i'm trying to sell. Now this comes about and I didn't know it even existed until matt introduced it.

It is a wonderful thing. it is quick and easy and can show way more info about my properties than just what I put on my info sheet.
