I don't know of any specific companies in your area that do double closings,
however there are there!
Both title companies and real estate attorneys can facilitate a double close.
It might take a little leg work to find the right company, but you can get on
www.YelloPages.com and search for title companies & real estate attorneys.
From here you'll start calling and simply ask them if they do double closings.
Florida is a hot market for wholesaling so there are plenty of companies available to assist you.
