OfflineDG Family I found this web site to find private lenders by looking up mortgages in different counties and states around country. Looking up the docs should give you info on both borrower & Lender of course you will need to find the mortage's were the lender is private get their name & Address in your specific area of course and build a list of private lenders to then market to them by mailings. I tried and I found some still working on building a list so give it a try.
