What kind of annual population growth rate should one look for when looking to invest in a specific area?
You will need to look at the growth rate for each specific area. The population of the USA is increasing but some areas are growing, some are stagnate and some are shrinking. Try this website to get info on demographics for specific areas you may be interested in.
