Dean thinks that the Real Estate Market will still stay down for a while though, so NOW is the time to get started people! If you haven't read all the way through the book or haven't taken any action steps. What are you waiting on?! Once it goes back up, it isn't too late, BUT ITS HARDER. You might regret not starting when you had the chance!

Failure Is Not An Option
I think the rebound is a false top as a result of the stimulus. I have also heard it being referred to as a 'dead cat bounce' that may end soon. There is still some shaking out to occur in the real estate market, which is going to continue to provide us with some stellar opportunities for good deals. In addition to that, the number of people who will be willing to be creative with their financing is going to go up as well. Opportunities for seller financing and lease options will increase for sure.
