Although I am not from your area, but I do invest in the five borrows. I am glad you made it here. I would encourage you to get out to real estate club meeting as soon as you can to connect with local investors. If you want to connect with some DG'ers there is another thread in this forum more suited to help you find people quicker. Get busy working your business because you are in a great place to invest.

Hey Dave...I'm from Brooklyn, NY and attended The EDGE event last month. Like you, I'm also now and am starting to work on wholesaling. I attended an REIA meeting in NYC earlier this week and met a lot of contacts there, mostly other wholesalers though. If you're interested in meeting up, let me know, as I'm always open to meeting with other like-minded people.
