I'm honored at how you even took some of my wording from my post and incorporated it with your own & made it work! I'm here to help! There's a scripture in the bible that says (And I'm paraphrasing...), "...You have not because you ask not..." Never be afraid to ask for help. I noticed someone else do it before me on this site. There are loads of awesome people here that are tickled to help us. We have to remember to pay it forward. First congrats for getting in the game! You've made a commitment and there is no turning back.

Visit Dean's site daily and read/study for a minimum of 15 minutes daily. Use it as if it's a course in Real Estate (because it really is). Then, incorporate what you learn, make mistakes, evaluate, correct and continue forward.

Know too that I am listening to my own words as I type this. Do well!

Thank you both of you for all the encouragement and support. I will find the courage to move forward thank's to all of you here at DG. Even though I find my self in one of the most toughest moments of life. I have went trough difficult times twice before and know one , not even my self could explain how I was still able to grow, persevere and accomplish it all on my own and some angels who helped me along the way. This time is much different because my biggest challenge is that at any given moment I may find myself living in the streets with my two little ones. However I am extremely grateful to all of you for what you do here to make a HUGE difference for everyone. I have not had a days of decent rest since this past summer. So I have committed with DG day in and day out to find the strength that is within me to persevere against all odds. Because in reality I AM FEARLESS AND I CAN WILL DO THIS NOW!!!!!!!I haven this to say.... I have called a friend of mine who is a realtor here in Tucson for Long Realty, know this is the realty company the Matt recommends, but any how, I called to practice. What do you know even though I was not sure os what to say, because I did not have anything with me. I did talk to her and we will be doing business together. During the last two weeks I have spent researching and building my networking through social media from Arizona to national to International, that I have created a massive group of Investors that I must call more than 1000 was built in Linkedln telling we what they are looking for. There about six other connection like that. So basically I am looking of having plenty of e-mails that I need to reply to this weekend... Well I have 40 hours to put into this, for this coming weekend. This should help get plenty of practice don't you think? I also have to reply to those who replied from craigslist, ebay and backpage. So thank you again all you for your loving, uplifting support. Tu our success.
