I found a friend and he has the financial backing to help me where I want to be. Where is information on partnership contracts and legal mombo jumbo I need to know before we take the dive together. I would appreciate any and all help on this matter..
Thanks for reading...

Don't use a generic doc and do it yourself. Have an attorney draw up the agreement that is specific to what you and your partner have agreed on.

Agreed with Michael, the best way to go about it is to consult an attorney. That way your document is personalized to your needs.
If funding is an issue, have your partner fund it and tell your them that you will pay for half of the costs once you do your first deal. Or something along those lines. If there's a will, there's a way!
Best of luck!
