OfflineWell, here I am. This is all new to me. I have Dean's program "30 days to Quick Cash Formula" and am finding it very informative. Lot's of Homework to do. I have found a realtor that I am hoping works out, he has agreed to get me lists, etc.
My daughter and I have made up some Bandit Signs and plan to put those out this weekend. I'm only going to have them out on weekends, around here DOT picks them up during the week.
I am excited to get this going and doing my first deal. I have to admit I am a little nervous, never been real good at talking with people I don't know. But I am ready to step out of my comfort zone. Until I do nothing is going to happen.
