OfflineI joined up with Deans Academy last year and have been using the PropTrend Software. Since it was update a month ago, all the features that made it easy to use are gone. I can no longer type in a city and pull up the Pre-foreclosures. It seems that with the update, most of the features have been taken away. I think this is terrible for the amount of money that I paid for it that it is now basically useless.

I had to work with them about 2 weeks to resolve issues because it wouldn't even run after the updates. But, it works great now, and I just put in a city and it brings up all the pre foreclosures and foreclosures. I have found if a city shares a zip code, for one I have to type in the city name, and the other I need to put only the zip code. The comps are still way off though, as they pull from irrelevant areas in some of my target areas.
I guess I have to mess with it some more then. But sometimes if something aint broke, DONT FIX IT!! haha. Thanks Tammy

can't get the updated program to work either. how long did it take support to get back to you?
It depends what the problem is. Mine was a 2 week problem where I actually had to work directly with the programmers.
that you could get the pre-foreclosures and foreclosures unless I type in the specific address!!!

Wish there were some training videos on it, but they just give you the program to go explore!
