OfflineDoes Dean have a relationship with virtual office companies that provide discount to Dean's students? Just called the help desk and they were not aware. In researching this it looks like a monthly fee of around $55-$60 in my area is the cheapest to have a separate address assigned to my LLC's. Is this what others are doing or is there a cheaper way to come at this?

According to the Asset Protection folks, if you are going to build out your LLC and get credit you need to have a physical address that you can see through Google Maps. Hence the above question. They directly mentioned that a PO Box would not work.
ZRscott, I am in the process of doing the same thing because it looks better with banks and gives you a better all around image as a company. As you said a P.O. Box will not work. And for that price that is a steal! The cheapest I found in Jax Fla is $99 with a company called Opus. Who are you using?

if you've set up an LLC and using a physical location (ex home office) it will be recorded and visible with your Secretary of State anyway.
I current have my business address as a PO Box, but have my LLC through a Registered Agent (physical) that forward State filings, etc. to my PO. It cost a few bucks a year (around $69-100 if I'm not mistaken). I set it up when my LLC was established and renew annually. You just have to be able to received on location during normal business operating hours. (It just has to be designated can be your attorney to act as your registered agent)

FYI on above note of banks, credit, business credit, etc. I have not missed a lick! You can provide your physical and request all mailings route to your PO. They just need it to complete their files and check a box. lol

We have our business address as our PO Box. It's at one of the Mailbox places and it costs us about $100 per year. Our personal address is still on file at the state.
