Ever seen a workshop, bootcamp, convention or seminar on thinking outside the box? Do you think it's something you can research? Do YOU "Think Outside The Box"? How do YOU apply thinking outside the box to your Real Estate Investing?

How do u start getting an investor list? do u advertise 1st or try 2 get investors 1st? THOMAS

Thomas, you advertise in a way that will cause Investors to RESPOND to you. When they do this you should contact them ASAP gathering as much information from them as to several ways (their preferred way to be contacted) to contact them (phone ~ Cell/Home/Office, EM, Fax, SnailMail, etc.) and as much information as they are willing to share with you re. the TYPES, Geographical LOCATION, PRICE RANGE, etc. of Real Estate that they are interested in possibly investing in. You will also explore to ascertain if they are interested in Partnering and what their plans are with regard to FUNDING...where's the $$$$ (money or "other" means of making their investment) going to be coming from and how quickly they could close. As you gather this info about each Investor you encounter you are then BUILDING a Buyers List. This could happen rather quickly or it may happen over a period of time; sometimes it will depend on how aggressive and focused your marketing/advertising is.
