OfflineHappy Halloween everyone! Trick or Treat! Today is a great day, everyone should take advantage if they have childern, then you get to walk all around town, knocking on a bunch of doors. You can scope out all the houses around town, see what is for sale, see what houses are vacant or not. Get to know the neighbors. You might just find that one treat on the block that can make you a ton of cash.

Everyone have a safe and Happy Halloween! Keep your eyes open for those houses and drop off a business card in the candy bin hehehe. You can always tell them its a treat for them...just an idea. I'm taking my kids trick or treating at the church, God Bless!

Bill, wish I would have thought of that. Hopefully they could see the 'We Buy Houses' magnet on the car.
Denny answered the door to one of the trick or treaters tonight & a police officer was there asking if we had candy. There was a vehicle lit up with lights (like Christmas lights) on it and the kids were in the back set up like a hay ride. All of a sudden about 20 little tricker treaters walked up the sidewalk. It was adorable.
