concern for the new folks and that is nice to see.

written but decided to start a journal and pop that

I joined the Academy on Labor day weekend and I feel like the momentum is finally kicking in.

I have found a mortgage broker and a RE Agent to work with and I'm starting to create a Buyers list. I have two 800 numbers set up, one for Buyers, and one for Sellers. I have ads on line, in local free newspapaers and a dozen flyers in laundromats, pizza places and convenience stores.

I am targeting first time homebuyers, and I think the areas I am looking at are perfect for what I want to do.

This whole thing has me crazy with excitement, but very nervous and on edge. I almost can't belive that I am in the middle of this, but i know that I can make it happen. I can't even sleep!

I just had to post this message as a self motivating technique.

Congratulations on being a part of the DG website and congratulatiosn for joiningg the success academy. Way to take action and hit the ground running.
