How large is Your Sphere of Influence....Let's Grow!...The time is now to move from your comfort zone!

How true your post is Joe. We have put a lot of time into setting up the business and it is time to get moving. One of our first contacts we made for investing was a surprise to us. A family friend for years is a real estate agent and investor. It gets better as he is partnered with a real estate attorney. Then better still, they are indirectly tied to a title company and they all do a form of double closings for assignments. We just need to keep the faith and push forward.

How true this is. Thank you for the reminder. Meeting new people is something that I enjoy.

it is amazing how we seem to acquire many new friends and business partners by just getting out there and meeting new people.who knows today ,tomorrow or the next day we just may meet the ONE to take us to the top!!! sorry dean i havent met u yet[lol] kidding aside he is the one that is giving us the tools and IS the reason we have all met online here and i am happy for all of you that have been fortunate to meet him.further i would recommend to many that u make it a goal to meet at least one new person per day related to realestate

Thanks for your comments and insights. As we expand our real estate business I believe our contacts and networks will continue to grow and prosper. Dean is the real deal. We had the opportunity to meet hm at the live Gain the Edge Event. He spent so much time with the students and was available the entire event. You could ask questions, before, during or after the event. He was even available at lunch! I ran out of questions to ask because he answered all of the them the first day. Thanks for your positive feedback to all of us. I did not get to talk with you or your wife at Gain the Edge, there was so much going on. My partner and I were there as VIP's and had the most unbelievable time with Dean. I want to let you know that I love reading everything you write. It gives me the motivation and information to issues that have arise when putting in offers or with the dream stealers. I bless your family with all the wealth and happiness that you deserve. You're an inspiration to me, and everything you respond to gives us more insight and knowledge on what can happen when you put some action behind the hunt. My partner and I had to step back, and look at other avenues, due to some of the banking issues that have come about, but were working everyday to find our freedom and dream to come true. You are rocking the real estate market, so keep it up. Thanks for all you do and give on the DG site. I hopefully will meet with you at the top!!!

Thanks for all the nice comments, we appreciate it. We are so fortunate to been able to attend Dean's Live Gain the EDGE event 2009 and we look forward to meeting you and your partner at the 2010 event. There was so much going on at the Edge event, it was hard to meet everyone there because there were so many people to say hello and meet. I know after the first few breaks, I spoke to Dean and Matt and got all my questions answered and there were so many others that we did not get a chance to say hello to. That is why we are looking so forward to next year's event.

Dean's books and programs are packed with so much great knowledge, direction, strategies and techniques that I am sure you and your partner will be doing very well in the next few months. Sometimes we all hit a bump in the road and it makes us a little wiser and stronger the next time that bump or pot hole in the road comes up.
