NEW EDGE MEM

My kit has not come in yet but I wait by the door everyday looking for the mail man. I would like to find a "work out partner" while working on the edge kit. If this sounds like something you may be interested in please let me know. I feel that if someone else is holding you accountable you are more likely to accomplish your goals. By making goals public you have a stronger chance of accomplishment. Also, it would be great to have someone to talk to about what we are learning and answer and questions that may pop up. Please let me know...a team is always stronger than an individual!!! Excitement is an energy that can be transferred.

Haven't received mine yet but really excited to see it and begin watching the DVD's. Hopefully it will get here tomorrow as I am going out of town to help my son move.

I just got my Edge Kit and I'm starting on the 1st DVD. I'm excited!!!!

Actually, one of the tips Dean suggests in the EDGE program is finding a partner to hold you accountable and checking in with them frequently. My main problem is fear/laziness so I'd love have a partner so I would feel more obligated to keep moving on to the next step. If anyone's interested, PM me.

How much was the EDGE for? I totally missed out on it. Maybe someone will sell it on ebay? lol

I had the great opportunity to be one of those that presented at the program and I will tell you from my own person experience that there was a ton of fantastic information that will help you get into this amazing market. I have had the chance to present at most of Dean's conferences and the EDGE conference was by far the best and most enjoyable conference that we had done. Dean went all out for to get you the best information available

I'v been up late every night going over this stuff and and i am loving it this program is packed with info and on top of it Dean makes you feel like your in the front row or just talking one on one with him. THANKS DEAN

I recieved the kit last Thurs, I have one more cd to go through and take my notes. I probably will go over it again to see if I missed anything.

The kit is great, In my opinion well worth it already and i am not done with it.

the dvds are awesome...I plan on finishing off the dvds today after meeting with the agent today...def some great stuff in there...

and of course, I plan on going through them a bunch...cause so much info, and can't keep everything in only once through...

I've been staying up late every night watching the DVD's. Its given me a renewed confidence that I can do this and anyone who doesnt want to help can step aside. Just a side note, REI clubs were suggested throughout the DVD's. In my area, we are kicking off a new club next month, since there isnt one here. I can't wait to begin building my buyers list.

I've just finished the first DVD from the Edge package. Very very usable material! I had been able to get into the Private Edge Forum last week, but now it seems unusable. Also excited to get the Probate Program underway!

There is a huge wealth of information packed into the DVD's. But my a-HA moment was when the 2nd speaker talked about non performing notes and the money you can make off of these simple transactions. Thats something I will be looking into. And to Nathan Street, Great info you presented as well. HML is the route I'm going to take.

How long did it take for you to receive your EDGE kit? I still haven't received mine yet. I ordered the next day after the live call.

I ordered mine the following morning and got it via Post Office the following week on a Thursday.

this is pdawg, i got my edge kit last thursday, i am so excited, i watched the first one, and was blown away, but i tried to access the edge kit site and had no luck, is anyone else having problems? i'm excited to get started but i really need to get my buyers list together.

I just got my edge kit and I cant wait to go through it. I think that using a partner is a great idea. I think I need someone to hold me accountable, and I would love to work with someone.Pm me.

How do you get into the EDGE forums? I can't get in there.

It appears that the forum is still in the process of becoming active. I have been checking it since I received my EDGE kit over a week ago. The dvds are absolutely packed with useful information. No matter who you are or where your from you can certainly find a technique which works for you in your area.

I to am looking forward to the EDGE Forum opening up, that should be another great asset. I have been wondering about this subject myself but did not want to ask in the public forums. I know there are some who are disappointed that they where unable to purchase the EDGE kit for one reason or another. But, as I saw this posting already active and others wondering, I figured it would be ok for me to drop a post lol.

Hopefully the forum will be up and operational very soon. I look forward to seeing you all there.

The hard money lender idea really hit home with me, but I have talked to several already and the ones that I have spoke with is saying that I need at least 30-50% down before they will loan me anything. What happened to the 70% of LTV?

Keep looking for HML's. I had the same problem an finally I was able to find a person to let me the money but still want me to put 10% which was not bad in my case. I called like 20 different people before I find this one. Is their money and their rules.
I'm still waiting for the EDGE.

brian, this is pdawg when your looking for hard money you need to be sure to look for private hard money lenders, not conventional hard money lenders. the difference is conventional hml's are connected to the banks. i also am looking for hard money lenders, i learned off the edge program that you need to look for private hard money lenders and also lenders that lend on the arv (after repaired value) and not the ltv, because with the ltv loan you will alway's need to come up with something down.

Hey All - I discovered the trick. First, bookmark the link they sent you to your favorites. Then log into this site. Once logged in, click the bookmark for the private network and you are in! Enjoy!

I did a search on the web for private money lenders and filled out info and only 1 called me back. She said only 50% could be borrowed. I will just keep looking.

can someone please contact me about this. it's been so long I'm beginning to think it's my account that's messed up and not the site.

I am in the same boat as Stegalin. I have had the link bookmarked for about 2 weeks and check it regularly. I have even gone so far as to log out while in the forum then log back in at that screen, still doesn't work.

Am I missing something here? Near as I can tell, the forum is still not active. I am a little disappointed by this fact, it would be great to have the open forum.

I read some of the posts and think it would be a great idea for some of us to partner up and hold eachother accountable. It's alot harder for me to accomplish my favorite pasttime of procrastination if I know someone is going to ask me what I did that week. Has anyone got going yet?

Also, I tried getting into the site and haven't been able to so far.

I didn't attend the Edge event but I did purchase the Edge home study program. I know many of the prior posts are questioning how to get into the Edge forum. My question is: are we (home study program) invited into the forum - or - is the forum only for the people that actually attended?

We got our kit on 8/11 excellent information, Absolutily is proof that with the right education I can do this. I cannot believe the value of this material and it is just DVDs. I was teary eye through out Matts portion. Like!!! now I see. I can see it! I am so excited. We joined the sucess academy and we are rolling!
