It's the TRIPLE R: Realtors - Referrals - References
Go to minimum of 2 Open Houses per week and you will meet 2 New Realtors. = 8 New Realtors for the Month
Ask each realtor for 2 references for your power team for a total of 4 = 16 for the month.
From the 4 power team members ask for 2 real estate investors that would be references which equals 8 per week = 32 for a month!
You want faster results double your effort from 16 Realtors - 32 Referrals - 64 References
Even fast triple it! 24 Realtors - 48 Referrals - 96 References. Just go to 6 open houses per week, 12 Referrals per week and 24 References per week!
How many Realtors you Need? How many Power team Members you need? How many cash buyers you need? The rest is up to you. This is powerful! Go make it happen.

You want to go to open houses and meet new realtors that could be part of your power team. If you go to at least 2 open house a week you might meet 2 new realtors per week. If you go to more open houses you will meet more realtors. So if you go to 4 open houses per week for a month you should meet 16 new realtors. With each realtor you meet ask each one for 2 power team referrals they can provide. This can be anyone and everyone that can assist you such as all forms of contractors, cpas, lawyers, etc. From each referral you get, contact each referral and inquire about their services. Then ask each referrals for 2 real estate investors that could provide you a reference about their services. You can blame this on a partner that always makes you get 2 references. From these real estate investors you may find more investors to network with or even potential buyers for deals you want to wholesale.
Quick formula of the Triple R's:
Open Houses = Meeting New REALTORS
New Realtors = Providing REFERRALS for your Power Team
Referrals from your Power Team = REFERENCES for these refferals which are other Real Estate Investors
More Realtors can = More Leads they provide to you which can = More Offers you make which = more deals you do!
