Okay I just wanted to ask this from those that have succeeded with it on the 25-1 method.
In Deans book "Profit from Real Estate RIGHT NOW!"
pg.138 it says:
Have your agent submit offers verbally or through email at 30-50% off the asking price.
Now the question: Is this the original listing price or current listing price that you take the 30-50% off?

It should be 30%-50% off the current list price. To be safe, if you have not looked at the property, I would be closer to 50% off list price to account for any repairs that may need to be done on the property.
