I'm about to make my first offer but I need clarification on forms. This is a listed property brought thru my RE agent and I want to make sure to protect my earnest money (if needed) and have adequate exit clauses. My question; Can I use DG's form or must I use the million page standard RE form? Is this question answered somewhere else? I can't find it specifically. Any help is appreciated.
