Now this is a great example of a 'Bird Dog' situation (with a slight twist). Here Shirley needs a Bird Dog to bring a Buyer to the table for a deal she has under contract.
You might try posting this in the classifieds, Shirley (the link on the left-hand side under the heading Main Sectons).
(Usually a Bird Dog brings property info to a Buyer but in this example you are bringing the Buyer to a 'deal'. It still works; it's all good!!).

Good Job Shirley!! That is how I started finding a buyer and then the property, finding a property then a buyer, and or finding the investor then helping find a buyer-using a JV agreement of course.
Amazing way to think outside the box,find deals and find a way or many ways to make money....Love it!

I don't think anyone has asked,......." Do you actually have it LOCKED UP ( Under Contract ) " ?
I read that you're being creative on this one (thinking outside the box). Is there a strategy@ work here that I have yet to learn?

I am simply finding a buyer for a property that another investor has under contract and is paying me a finders fee. I am in turn paying a finders fee if someone else finds the buyer! Hope this clears up everything.
