I was actually listening to this last night on CNN, they interviewed a gentleman supporting this new visa for foreigners to invest in the USA, but the minimum amount suggested was $250,000.00. Other people were againts this visa law as they think the money would go to higher class people and not the lower income people. In my opinion, I think this is a great opportunity to bring high educated people to invest in our country and invest in real estate, nothing wrong with that. Those high educated people, most likely will also incentivate employment in our country.
