I want to know how much profit I should give my end buyer in a wholesale deal ?. What is the best number ?
Most investors have an idea of what they want to make. Talk to your investors and see what their target profit is and go off that. Some areas will be different that others so it is hard to give an answer that works everywhere. In general most investors would be happy with properties that are 20%-30% below market value.
