Click on Property Records on the left hand side and then click a state and a county then click on the website and boom your there!! lol I have found it to be very helpful!!

ah ha, I figured. I went to Miss State, played golf down there. Was in Knoxville three weeks for the state/ut football game. Good fun, we got smoked though. I bet you are do sad to see Phil Fulmer gone.

I use it all the time.
When at the site you click the tab at the top "public records online"
then simply click on the state where the county is
Then all the counties in that state will be in alphabetical order.
click the county your looking to get information on
& most counties you will get direct links & phone #'s to their
Assessor
Records &
Treasures offices.
Assessor is the office where you can do whats commonly known as a "Parcel search" & search property records, owner name, mailing address, assessed value, sales history etc
Thanks for the detailed info. But for the Los Angeles County Assesor's office does not give me owner' name. Is there another way to find that? I am thinking walking over to the Assessor's Office in Lancaster. Thanks again.
