Anyone Know of A Good Title Co. In Massachusetts?

I've been researching the net and contacting Title Co's endlessly and yet to find a company that will either do assigns or double closings. Most of the responses I have received stated that they only work with the lenders. So, Does anyone know of a good Title Company in Massachusetts/Essex County.

Madison,

I live in Norfolk County. I 'm also looking for a Title Co to do the same thing. As soon as I come across one, I'll let you know.

It's funny that you posted this.I was online the whole morning writing down numbers for Title Co. to call.

Title Companies

There are some national titile companies that operate in several states and one of those is Chicago Title. You might check and see if they have offices in your area.
