I have been off the site for a while and am trying to slowly get back into it.
I had a question for anyone who has had any experience with turnkey companies wholesaling properties.
Does anyone have any feedback on these companies. This is attractive to me because these companies do all the work from finding properties for you to renting the properties out and managing them.
I know that due dilligence is absolutely required still in these situations. I expect to do my homework and make sure that these properties are profitable.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Long time no see! Where've you been? Well, they do sound tempting indeed. But like you said you HAVE to do your due dilligence. I'm sure Conny can give you some good information on that. I'd like to be on that call too... LOL!
