What An Inspiration!!
Dean, you are an awesome mentor! I love how transparent you are with us, sharing such private details of your life, in order to motivate us. This message really stirred something inside me. I didn't have all those problems with school, I was actually at the top of my class, but I feel like I haven't used my full potential in life. You make me feel like it's not too late! God Bless!!
Weekly Wisdom # 275
Thanks. So far, I am staying with the program and doing what is necessary to bring in a good harvest, God's willing. I am grateful for the knowledge. I am also anxious to get my first deal done.
AMEN
Hi Dean, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I want to say I used to live with all of my failures and troubles of my past stay with me in a bad way, but I have learned over the years that is what made me what I am today. My husband and I have been your students for a year now and we have been put thru major trials, however, they were learning experiences. I no longer look at my situations of my past bring me down to a dark place, instead I have turned it around and thank God for my trials.

Resiliency
Hi Dean,
I watched this video three times before I decided to make a comment. I am very touched by your genuine character, I just had to respond to your "Weekly Wisdom" presentation. It is enlightening how you were able to overcome your childhood challenges and be so resilient. You have truly overcome your obstacles in life to become a very successful and compassionate human-being in this very competitive society that we live in today. I admire your drive and ambition, but most of all your strong RESILIENCY.
Happy Valentine's Day!

Power from Pain!!!
Dean,
I could feel your emotion while you talked about your childhood experiences with school and fully understand!! But out of the pain of peers making fun of you and your financial situation… you empowered yourself!!!
This is the most difficult thing to accomplish.
You give us the keys and the motivation to move forward in spite of ourselves… but I ask you ..what truly motivated you at those times to carry on??? From all you tell us now.. it seems like is was so easy..but as you are in that moment..it is the hardest thing to accomplish!!
So.. was it internal…a higher power…or..just a smile from Gram!!!
I had a very special relationship with my grams Florence Pelegrino!!! We could talk about everything.. in 1983… when I bought my first house…(I was 23)… my parents said I was crazy… buying 2 houses on one property!! But Grams remembered her apt in the bronx and the landlord always having extra cash..and this was in the 1930's…She said that "it was the best investment you could make" one house pays for both…well she was right and I went on to own over 20 homes by the time I was 28!!!
So.. it takes only one person who loves you to steer you down the path less chosen..and to give you the courage and inspiration to move ahead even when you are doubting yourself!!!
I miss her still but hear her voice whispering in my ear on every deal I look at!!!
Thanks Dean for keeping us moving, I'm glad I attended to your seminar last March in White Plains…what a difference a year makes!!!!
And Thank You Grams!!!
God bless you!!

Honesty
Dean,
You are great I admire you for your honesty and sincerity. Stay true to yourself always. There is no need to feel embarrassed for giving us your experience of how it is to be treated like you are inferior to others.
Happy Valentine's Day!

persistence
I love you Dean! You truly know perspiration from that up hill struggle of experience. I know school is not easy for many children and as a child from a family of people with dylexia, I can relate. Hard work and no entitlements with the recognition of mulitple intelliences creates responsible adults.
Heres to Happy Valentines Day in beautiful AZ!
