It's just amazing to look at all these comements and see how far this site has grown when the originals stated Matt, Rena, Stacy, Joe, Etc. I am bless to be apart of this community and look forward in sharing all my thoughts and success with the group.

This weeks blog was great short and to the point as usual but always with a great learning tool within.

Nice dean, it was cool to see some guest speakers but it made me realize... There really is only ONE Dean Graziosi. I noticed the difference in character as each person spoke and though I could relate to what they were saying I'm glad you're running things and keeping it going the way it is.
Hoping to make it to the EDGE this year as well.

Hello Dean,

I've always been a firm believer in paying yourself first. That's how I was able to purchase my restaurant franchise. The only problem is that my restaurant dream was too risky, and lost a lot of money. The Real Estate business is much less risky and in the long run more profitable... The average return on a restaurant is around 4%, and the work is very strenuous. Your best option is to go into a business that works for you.

Pay yourself first, at least 10%; and give the next 10% to your Church and other charities. Try to live on less than 80% of your income. After 3 years in the restaurant business and failing, I'm working to get back to what I did in the past. With the help of God it will be.

The other option of writing 101 goals in 20 minutes is a bit more difficult. I could write the goals, but tracking them on a daily basis might be difficult. I guess I’ll have to get the book to figure that out.

Pay off your OWN debt. If you are borrowing private money, you pay them off. If others are financing properties and paying you a commission or percentage, then you have no debt in real estate.

If you have credit card debt, personal mortgage or other loans, pay those off! If you have debt on your own investments, pay those off.
