day 95

Spent most of the day reading RE ebooks and postings here.
Answered some emails and PMs.
Didn't get the Partnership agreement from the CO investor yet so that is at a standstill for now. He did tell me that it might not come until next week and he had no intention to let the grass grow under his feet.
Spent the rest of my time Plotting and Planning but not coming up with answers. There's always tomorrow Smiling

Days 87-94

To say this past week has been a blur is an understatement. You'll see why I had to put RE on the back burner.
Sat & Sunday: It took approx. 45 hours to package my order. I did that over the course of just 2 days. (Do the math Eye-wink )Before making the 3 1/2 hour trip to Miami, I could only take a 1 hour 30 minute "nap". I finally returned home about 22 hours after I left. That's a 450 mile round trip on 90 minutes of sleep after only getting 3 hours of sleep in 48 hours! There was no time to nap while in Miami. Wired on caffeine, I finally fell asleep about 3 hours after getting home. That was Monday.

Days 85 & 86

Not been able to spend too much time doing RE but have been thinking about it constantly. I don't get on to my computer until evening so I have only been reading new comments and checking emails and PMs. I did make a couple of posts but not as much as before.

Still trying to figure out ways of helping the 3 people from the other day. I need to follow up with the short sale couple, call the property management company for the Frostproof house and contact the potential L/O owner. In my spare time I will make some lures and cringe a little more when the mail comes. I'm already late on the insurance bills and the car payment but the lure money gets me caught up.

Can't wait any longer. Have to finish my order so there was no time today to do anything else.

Tomorrow's going to have even less time. The bills keep coming and the RE money isn't. Lures win (unfortunately) for now.

day 83

Today I spoke with my client who needed help with possibly using a management company. After I told him the comps for his area and what I was told at the investor's meeting last night, I think he is going to lean towards holding the property which in the long run will better serve him. His story leads one to believe that he is going to need a large chunk of money in the future to handle medical expenses for his family. Giving this property away now will not get that done. Hopefully the Mgt Co will be getting him some better tenants and some money in his pocket. If he uses the co I recommended, I will most likely be getting a finder's fee. Every little bit helps.

Other than that, today was a lure day. I did check out some forums while listening to Dean on Greg's live event.

Day 82

Today was a short RE day because I woke up late and had to leave early for my REIA meeting in PSL.
Good thing I went because I was able to talk to some fellow members about the short sale company that backed out of my deal in LW. The good news is that I found out I said the right things to my clients. The better news was that I have another company who will work with these people if they choose to go forward.

I spent most of my RE time today answering PMs and Emails.
I spoke with a fellow DGer for most of my trip to PSL which made the long trip not feel so long.
I also answered some pressing questions from a fellow DGer in Tampa this morning which took some time.

Other than that, not much time to do too much else.
