WORKING ON NO.2 OWNER SALE, I HAVE A BUYER, BUT I'VE NEVER DONE A CONTRACT BEFORE OR ASSIGNMENT DOCUMENT EITHER..IS THERE ANY COMPLETED CONTRACTS WE CAN LOOK AT TO HELP ME COMPLETE MY OWN FOR THIS NEXT DEAL AND MANY OTHER ( NEED TO SEE A COMPLETED SUCESSFULL CONTRACTS)

Awesome story! I'm working on my first and plenty more as well! If you're searching for buyers there are different ways to attracting them-marketing/website memberships etc, I can email you links to help you find more just PM me. Also, on assignments-don't forget to include your new last name (and/or assigns) or however you choose to write it if it's not already in the contract with escape clauses which are strictly for your protection.
