Currently enrolled in Dean's "No Money Flip Mastery Class" that offers a wealth of ideas on acquiring properties. Some of the information ties in with our initial plan to wholesale; we have energy, desire but limited capital so wholesaling will get us started. I have contacted a couple of agents that are searching for properties as per my request which was formulated from information gained from Matt and Dean. I spoke with my daughters pediatrician today and told her I will follow up with a letter in which I will ask if she is interested in becoming a Financial Acquisition Partner. I have 400 fliers available to distribute to other medical personnel around the local hospitals. It will be a while before we will have two million dollars in waiting as Nate but we will start to work on that goal.

Our LLC is currently concentrating on Wholesaling in the Fort Worth, TX area; however we desire to branch out into Fix & Flipping Bank REO's.
