My friend is losing their home to forcloser and i want it.
I am vary new to this and do believe this will work for me,anyway a friend of mine is going thought bankruptcy and is losing the house and the bank it is with is also going thought some problems , i am wondering when is the best time to go after this property ? after the sheriff sale or before or when ? I want to make this my first rental property I do not have any money to put down on this and i have bad credit myself , can someone tell what to go read that will help make this happen , or what i should do.thank you Dan
