hvnt checked in a bit, my bad, today made a few calls to buyers that lft msgs, made appts for my partners in KC, entered info in our shared folders or database, listened to most of my msgs, called back some of them, I must gett organized boy what a challenge, frankly i feel like a loser but i know thats wrong, boy dean this is where it gets tough, this is where the tough must hang in there, thank God i have my partners if i didnt i prob would do nothing, but i cant let them down!
since the edge a mo ago almost i have new partners in KC & now in Cleveland (just today) but in KC have 2 prop's under contract from bandit signs they posted and i answered calld made appts qualified etc, and 2 more appts to set for my parners we should be able to convert a couple of these for sure! have to stick with it, and i will, you too if you reading this stick with it, rome wasnt built in a day but you can sure can do a lot in a day! you can find a deal by offering on prop's on the mls and placing bandit signs, now go and do it! i just go an accepted offer fro the mls in kc from the 25:1 system, it does work if you work it, so go work it!
