Dec 2, 2011 (I've lost track of what day # this is)

It has come to my attention that there are people out there missing my blogs Thanks, I didn't know you cared

I'll try to catch you all up.

This has been a hectic week and a half for me. For starters, I was very busy preparing for my first dinner guest in my new home. (I've lived here for 4 years now and never had anyone over for a meal.) There was a lot of clutter and paperwork everywhere so I was in Spring CLEANING mode. That took almost 3 days and I only live in a 2/1, 700 sq foot home. (I'm bad about cleaning, I know.)
With that done, my efforts had switched to an order I needed to make and deliver to Miami after my PSL REIA club Holiday party which was last night. The short version is that when all was said and done, I didn't make the delivery. (It was good for me only because it meant that I didn't have to stay up all night or sleep in my car waiting for my customer.)
Prior to that, I attended a seminar on Tuesday put on by a company that said that they were in partnership with Dean. I only went because I thought there may be a chance that he would show up because he has been plugging a 3 day seminar in Tampa about the same time as this meeting. The long and short of this was that I became suspicious because when I spoke to one of the organizers about getting the funding they were offering. He insisted that I had to go to the 3 day event and get trained in order to get it. When I explained that I was a member of the Success Academy, SFL system and RBBP and learned already from these programs what they were going to be teaching us for $1997.00, he told me that they couldn't apply these things because they were a different company. THAT closed my wallet up so tight that my credit cards were crying for air to breathe. LOL The good thing is the camera they were giving away doubles as a video camera which I can use on my computer so I can use SKYPE and people can see me now. I did get some good tidbits of info but disappointed when I found out the real deal.

In the middle of all this, I have been working on an out of state deal. I'm not saying anything more about this until it is finalized. I'm not supersticious, I just don't want to jinx anything LOL

So here it is, Fri, 12/2/11 about 11:59 PM and I am able to spend a little time with y'all. I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving with plenty of food, warmth and fixin's. I hope everybody remembered to give thanks for what they have and remembered those who are having hard times right now. Remember, we are here to help those who need it.
I don't usually let people know this but in the spirit of coming out of my shell, tomorrow (it's after midnight now so Today) is my birthday. I don't usually make a big deal about it but I guess if I am going to be changing things in my life, this should be one of them. I'm hoping to hear more good things on my deal today which would be the best birthday present I could get.
