So I had to disappear for a few days. LOL
There is still some fallout from the GF situation that has been occupying too much of my time. I also needed to get an order done so that too has been in the way.
But... other than that I've been:
Reading my Subject To book by Wendy Patton
Have had a couple of really interesting group calls with non other than Wendy Patton and Carol Stinson. Both were awesome and very informative!!!

Spent time on line helping a couple of DGers and was on the phone with another DGer.
Did my emails and PMs
Cleaned up my office a bit
Listened to some very good videos on REI
Read and posted to a few threads
and tried to figure out HOW to work locally ( all signs point to I need to go further away.)
Went to my REIA group on the east coast (Heard some really disturbing news from an experienced investor about an area I had interest in exploring. Apparently, even he is looking elsewhere as well
AND he lives in the town I was looking at.) He also gave me some good sites to check out for mailers and lists.

So besides all that, I "ain't" done nothing! lol I need to spend more time creating leads for my partners to check out. That first check was nice but I need a bunch more of them if I am going to be able to shut down the other biz. But I do remember ( as I suggest all those reading this do too) this is a marathon and not a sprint. I am doing something REI related every day. It may not be making any money today from my actions but my actions will be making money in the future. Always moving forward!!!!

So on that note, it's time to sign off and go do the dishes. ( Yes, I wait until the end of the day and do the whole day's worth so I don't need to waste good daylight hours on cleaning )
