I feel like I am on the verge of making my first deal happen. One of my buyers is willing to pay up to 600k cash for 3/2 in OC and another is willing to pay 1M cash for SFR up to a 4-plex in OC. Need guidance on how to tie up deals under contract before assigning to my investors.
