I am a chiropractor in SoCal (Huntington Beach) and have been researching real estate investing for way too long. I am ready to get in and make things happen! I am almost done with 30 Days to Real Estate Cash and have half a dozen buyers and an agent that has been doing investment deals for 30 years. I have ordered my biz cards, created an 800 number and ordered the my bandit signs which I am handwriting just like Dean suggests. I got my buyers and sellers so far from ghost ads on Craigs list. I feel like I am on the verge of making my first deal happen. One of my buyers is willing to pay up to 600k cash for 3/2 in OC and another is willing to pay 1M cash for SFR up to a 4-plex in OC. Need guidance on how to tie up deals under contract before assigning to my investors.
