I just wanted to say hello to all. and am happy to start a new life in a new year. yes I am a little worried about buying real estate in an unsure economy. to buy to sell and get what it takes for making and not losing money, after all is it not the reason why we are all here? but to lose what I have before I gain profit in myself and my networth, makes me afraid, but what I fear even more is to not gain anything at all and have had the chance to change to a more mind free life. If you read this and you have felt you've acheieved some gains in your life, I would like to to hear about it, Be good, and if you can't be realy, realy bad, in a fun kinda way, see ya, Zergog.

I can see you have a great sense of humor! I also had reservations about starting in REI but after reading all the great posts and all the help from the coaches & other members, I can tell you I feel a new confidence! Even my husband notices it! I plan to just jump in with both feet and TAKE ACTION in 2009. Don't wait as long as I did (I've been a member since July). Just do it! Build your team, get your buyers & sellers list going and read the book (if you haven't already).
