I live in the great state of Oklahoma but am a New Yorker at heart and will always call it home. I am married to a beautiful lady and we have a very happy and beautiful baby girl of 20 months. We share the same passion of travelling to Asia and maybe one day moving to Thailand and tending our rubber tree plantation. I retired from the Army back in 2005 but continue to work for the Army in a civilian capacity.

We own two houses, with one being a rental with positive cash flow, but I would like to try some of Dean's methods in the buy and hold arena to increase our portfolio and allow for some real good cash flow in our later years.
