My name is Steve Scotch. I'm a real estate investor in the Cleveland, Ohio area searching for FSBOS AND REOs properties. I am looking at properties at 30% to 40% discount OFF after the ARV (Actual Repair Value).

Can I still become a real estate investor with poor credit history and renting the home I live in. I am having my doubts. Is this still possible to do in todays market.
