Hey sorry for not replying sooner, it's been a year since i checked the msg's I'm from Salt Lake City, Utah and i'm actually starting now with my investing, I have put several offers and had 2 accepted but i turned them down within my 14days since the inspection didn't go well. I am now working on a short sale and i'm waiting for the bank to approve my offer since that is a long process. They told me that it would be the end of this week before i would know anything.

Again I'm sorry for not seeing your msg sooner and hope that your investing is working for you since it's an excellent time to pick up some great deals.
