Hi, I'm on the West Coast, and my business partner Charles lives in Vancouver. He has dual citizenship; I am CDN. We are focusing on the Indianapolis market as Charles knows that area well and has a team there. I would like to connect with other CDNs especially around the following questions:
1.Setting up a business and finding the best tax structures for CDNs investing in the US;
2. How to market from a distance
3. Are any of you using DG's teachings to invest in RE in Canada?
4. What are the specific lessons you have learned by trial and error about being a CDN DG'er that you are willing to share with a newbie?
