we are looking at two seperate mobile home parks in Arizona, #1 has 38 spaces and 15 are empty, asking price is $424,000, is has sufficiant income.
#2 has 27 spaces but only 4 tenants, 3 space rent only 1 house rent, 4 empty mobiles and a triplex empty, entire park needs some refurbish, sking $385,000, but #2 we would offer considerably less, Do you make these type of loans?

I have trying to get a couple of deals financed in my area becuase there are so many of them,I cant get the banks to help me. Can you help me?
