OfflineI own a small business in down town dahlonega, ga. Dahlonega is a small college town in the north georgia mountains. I'm seriously interested in investing in rental homes as well as foreclosers. There is always a need for housing for the students as well as georgia mountains is becoming one of the fastest growing areas in the south for second homes and retirement homes.

Hello, I know it has been a while. You sent me an email through the Dean Graziosi web site. I would like to correspond with you regarding properties. I do not have any money to invest and I am unable to borrow any. I am trying to find ways to get into real estate in any way possible where no money is needed such as "birddogging" or being a scout for investors. Maybe there are other methods.
