Name:
Michael McFarland
Location:

About Me:

I am a divorced 53 year old, retired military (O3 67K)supply specialist (medical and non medical). Have been living in WA for twenty years now. A return to my birthplace. Love the area but seeking to better my income/future. I have Children ages 11-30 yrs, not living with me, whom I see and interact with on a daily basis. I live alone in a 4 brm home, nestled center most in a quaint town of 2600 population. I am a self starter a "doit your selfer" mostly out of neccessity. Most recently (July of 2010) completed project on my home was totally reroofing (1600 sqr ft), by myself I might add. Getting old enough to have really felt that one! No hickups, saved lots of money, and learned a great deal " "my knees also thanked me for getting it done in 6 days"! Looking for others with needs, how to info, and zest for the real/good life.

Interests:
Wide eyeing the great outdoors, backpacking, camping, ect.. League bowling is fun and has its personnal rewards. Photography, what can I say, greatlly rewarding! Drinking coffee in town, this is my way of getting out to see what is happening in this small town I live in.

Glad to have you as a member here on Deans board. We are all like one big family here. We help each other with our RE problems and cheer each other on. I have done lots of cash deals since I started. It is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Just read everything you can here on the board and ask questions to the members who have been here a while and the one who have done lots of deals. You will learn quickly from them. That is what I did in the beginning is ask lot of questions and read everything. All my best to you.

Thank you

I am all reved up. I,m glad to be a part of the team.
I have listened to countless success stories, pondered for hours through the blogs, and tapped a few of the profiles. these are fun and will elivate the spirit. More than that it shows how great and wonderful the people are.
