I have been working in the real-estate and lending industry for over 15 years but in a very traditional capacity. Needless to say this has not worked out the way I had hoped. I have always been an out of the box thinker and that does not seem to work well in the traditional real estate ways, I think I finally found a way to work in real estate and be the creative out of the box thinker, and not have to abandon my family. I am a motivated self driven person who works tirelessly to learn new things and once I get the understanding I work even harder to be successful, our lives depend on it. My goal is to be able to be around for my kids, not locked into a 9 to 5 job. I have two kids with special needs out of five and the sole support. I am starting this new career because for years I have enjoyed searching regions of the country and the types of homes and economies they have, for fun as a hobby. I figured since this is something I really love and I am still struggling to make ends meet I should go and do what I love for work instead of a hobby. I might just end up getting paid as a real-estate investor.
