as we so affectionately call it. may i suggest you read Deans 30 days book (free above on main page) because its an exact recipe to putting some cash in your pocket to pay bills then you can expand. its the yellow book and its great. i strongly suggest you fill out your bio so we can get to know you a lil bit better.what city and state ? you might want to think about joining a club in your area if possible you will meet members of your ppower team there.

I started reading that book, I wish it was on a auto cd. Lol. Very Slow reader, As dean is I am a bit dyslexic also, And followed the Exact same path in school as he did. Thank God for spell check. Lol!!
I am strongly looking for a Mentor, 30yrs in business and I need help getting threw many challenges of getting to that next step. I am just sitting in the same hole. I have enormous skills and I am stuck in the hole, Very frustrating for me.

I used to do real-estate. My story is like this, I started a landscape out fit. in 1984 I found Toni Robins tapes and Charles J givens stuff, Every day I put Tonis Tapes in my Player in my 1974 f250 rusted **** box. I rented Equipment till I went to the bank stood in front of the leander pulled out two thousand dollars cash and said I know my credit isn't good its poor, Give me a brake and give me a loan for my first Bobcat, Its a longer story then that, But he gave me the money and I worked from there. I worked out of that truck and made some money then one day I said I was going to build a house, With listening to tonis tapes every day over and over Yes Tapes I still have then today!!! I bought my first empty lot to build a house, Everyone thought I had lost my marbles!! I had NO experience at all with any type of construction!!! But I did what I did, I built it got nerves and sold it before I had siding on the house, Then my cust wanted the basement finished too, Wow Talk about learning Very Quickly Yes I messed up all over the place But I did finish it and got to closing and I did my first house!! Then I did something more mind boggling I bought the empty lot right next to that house I just finished and the story go's on!
Today I have lost everything I did Long story why but it dosent matter, I know that feeling of success, I have a burning desire to do it again, I have tonis Robbins the edge now, Listen to ect!! He sends me emails and He sent me one about you! I trust him and I have been listening to your stuff, I did follow you way back 10yrs ago I think it was, But I did know about you, How ever I am a very big skeptic of this stuff because I have done it and I know what it takes.
I would like to talk with you a little if I could one day,
My biggest challenge right Now is Money and the IRS,
I love realstate, I do and teach anything and everything inside and out of a house, I want to get back in all the way, I need help and I am asking for that help.
